a manic episode varies from person to person. what is manic for one person is not mainic for another person. Manic just means you are more keyed up and so on then you normally are. For example if someone is able to sit still for a two hour movie but one day they find they cannot sit for even the half our movie is considered experiencing a manic episode.

Whatever is normal for you and then you are not up to that standard but are on fast forward of that which is normal for you is considered a manic episode.
