![]() I got nauseated very, very badly yesterday. I blamed it on the nuts that I ate, but there was also a lot of running around with my sister going on. Both likely caused it. It was still really, really bad when I woke up, but managed to keep 2 Gravol tabs down and got through Mass. I wish that there was a cure for all of us ![]() |

Talk to a priest about this, please. It's a fear that you need help to rid yourself from it.
Social anxiety can be so intrusive in our lives; I have it, too, but I know the causes in me--my mother's fear of others-- and only years of experience with caring and positive people has brought me out of it. I still tend to be an introvert, though. Therapy was very helpful in this regard, also. Take care. |

I know what you mean. I'm OK if I have a task that I can focus on but just purely social events just freak me out and I want runaway runaway!! I know it shows also. My body tenses up and I'm just stiff and unnatural.
I like my room. |

Today I feel this very strongly. I even turned off the phone, so no one can call me. Then began to look for different songs and videos and kind of felt better. Sometimes it is very difficult to find me a lesson or make me show any activity. But this is necessary, otherwise the depression and agoraphobia moved. Hold on there, I'm with you.
