I have notice for me I don't alway know what makes me get into depressed moods, I just seem to notice as I get depressed.
of course I have been having a lot of changes go and I have not been super good at keeping up with taking my meds like I know I ought to be doing. so this in all might have a lot to do with it. I guess I am just wondering is the common or normal? I want to actually know what signal my depression so i can stop it ahead of time. I think what really bothering the most is not being able to see my two really close friends as often as I have been in the last few days I mean yeah I see them but we don't get to spend any down time with each other or at least I am not. Where as my other friend who is living with me for a brief time is. and I guess I kind of envy that cause I kind of got really used to us all doing things in a group. And now that we are a little more spread out I miss the unity that our lil pack had. also there is a lot of stress on my part right now trying to find a job....and adjusting to changes I am making for myself. so I suppose that could be affecting my mood as well. __________________ Dx:OCD, AD/HD-C and ADD kinda both, General Anxiety Disorder, Separation Anxiety Disorder,Abandonment Anxiety, Cycothymic disorder, or mixed bipolar, Border Line Personality Disorder,Histonic Personality Disorder, Dependent Personality disorder, eating disorder ]Rx:Lamotrigine 25mg twice a day for my mood stablizer as well as I am on Escitalopram 10mg 1 daily, Buspirone 3 times daily 10mgs VT Student, CNA student, working HHA for my father I think of you everyday |

I'm sorry you have to be separated from your friends. It is really hard when that happens.
Try to take your medicines on time OK? It's really important for your happiness. Are you in therapy? That might help you a lot since it looks like you have many issues to address. It's hard to sort out so many things on one's own. If you could find a mental health support group it might help you feel connected to a group. You can explore this site and find social groups that you might find satisfying. I am also an asexual. Have you been to the AVEN site? It is pretty lively and it's really fun to meet others like yourself. There are more of us out there than you would imagine. Plus there are social groups on this site that other asexuals have joined. Keep posting and let us know how you go on. I hope you feel better soon. |

i have always struggled with organization skills since I have really bad ADD so its always a lil more challenging for me to make changes. But I am trying to push myself to do better on keeping on top of things.
