The last few days have been really hard. I am seeing a good pdoc and have set up a session with a therapist for next week. I even have a sleep study set up for tomorrow night for my insomnia. But even though I know I'm being pro-active, I don't feel like doing any of it, I just want to curl up on the couch.

I love my chair and my TV.
I applaud you for taking action. Just force yourself to follow through. You have nothing to lose and who knows the great things that could come. Let us know what happens and good luck |
