When I'm at my lowest of my lows, I find crying helps. I like to think my depression is being excreted in the water, and I can just wipe it away.
Then the depression is back. I can't explain it. |

Crying really can be a releasing mechanism. My t just told me last session about how she had a patient who just broke down and cried in her office, and when she was done she told her she felt a lot better just getting it out...

I hate crying. It never makes me feel better. Just gives me a headache and sore eyes. I try not to cry.
