I feel like everyday I lose the old me just a little bit more, and I feel like I'm going insane. I say things to people and they bring it up later, or I see previous texts I sent, and I'm embarrassed or ashamed. I don't know how it came to this. I'm literally going insane and I'm afraid I'm damaging all the relationships I've made up to this point. Anyone else notice this trend? Your mind slowly warping to insanity?

To the best of your ability to separate the problem from the distress it causes, can you tell if this is a losing-grip-on-reality issue or a memory issue - or a bit of both?
Medications can affect memory.

I'm not on any medications, it's definitely a losing grip on reality type of situation.

Yeah I've felt this way. In fact this is the brunt of my worst symptoms. I can't tell what's real and what's not and when it's not happening it's fine and I think, wow, that's crazy, but when it's happening I can't trust anything. I hope you get through it all right.

I'm glad someone can relate. Every time I feel it I do things to isolate myself and I don't know why but it's really damaging my relationships.
