I am such a worthless and hopeless person. I am so unsuccessful. I am feeling depressed. I hate myself and my life. I have nothing and I am nothing. I have so much anger inside me and I tennd to put all towards myself. I hate my life.

So sorry you are so down right now. It is your depression talking, making things seem worse than they are. You are not really as hopeless and unlovable as you think you are right now.

For now, why don't you just take things a day at a time, or an hour at a time, if a day is too much. What absolutely must be done today, or this hour? If nothing, then give yourself a break. Try to find something you can do or just lay in bed and listen to your breathing...breathe in & breathe out, while listening to the quiet. If there is something you absolutely must do, do it, then give yourself a reward. Take some time to watch a TV show you like or go aoutside and breathe the fresh air, admire the flowers in your or a neighbor's yard.

Maybe get a journal and write about your anger, let it vent on the pages. Then it won't be so much inside of you, hurting you.

Hope you feel better soon.

Thank you for the advice, you don't know what tthey mean to me. Right now I could use all the support I can get.

I have started using a journal but that was just yesterday.

Thanks

That's familiar...

Have the circumstances of your life made it safer to direct anger against yourself rather than outward?
