Was fine, was chatting. Then a few depressing words came in my head, posted them to the creative corner. Been downhill ever since.

Went from this to that..It doesn't take much to change your mood when you are depressed. I sometimes think I am getting better, than I am right back to feeling low. I hope things get better for both of us.

thats the trouble with depression, unfortunately it takes the slightest of things to trigger unhappy thoughts.

it is good you posted them, it means you are getting them out of your system and the depressive feelings will ease again soon and you will return to your happy self again.

take care

I hope you go from depressed to happy, just as quick as you went from happy to depressed! We are here to listen if you just want to vent!
Please feel better.

I'm sorry that things seemed to turn around so quick for you. Try doing things that make you happy and maybe that will help with the turn-around. Hope you are feeling better soon Went from this to that..

I am sorry you have been down & I do hope that things have picked up for you...
I too am guilty of believing in the bad things I believe about myself....

Somehow we must find the inspiration & strength to replace all of those negatives with a positive!!

My thoughts are with you.
