I noticed latly that I have been getting short tempered and that normally isnt who I am is that one of the causes of depression? Have you gotten that?

Ah, for me personally, anger is usually depression turned inwards. It comes out as anger usually magnified by my negative thinking and projections. That is just me. I am consumer, patient, or client, and not a mental health professional. The specifics of the issue you describe may be different, but the emotions/feelings are similar.

Ya maybe that is the case. I guess it's been held in for so long that it needs to come out.
