Second completely grey day in a row and I'm starting to feel depressed. Lucky I was able to turn my sad lamp. Is it normal to be so affected by the weather like this?

Well, I am completly affected by the weather, too. In the winter, I get severly depressed. In the heat of summer, I feel real yucky, and that makes me depressed also. Im at my best in spring and fall, when the temperatures are "just rite."

Fall and winter are the worst for me simply because the days are so much shorter. Not getting that vitamin D. Rainy days suck too if it lasts for more than a day I feel like such a pansy sometimes.
