I was going well for the past couple of days, I wasn't jumping up and down for joy but I was okay. Sunday night I had a disturbing dream that left me with a hard day Monday. I woke up this morning and I feel worse. I was so depressed this morning I came into work crying because I had no idea how I was going to make it thru the day. I spoke with my old manager asking if I could listen to calls for the first hour of my shift to ease myself into work today. She saw that I was upset and kept asking me why. I didn't have a reason. Yeah the dream may have triggered it, but it's just one of those days. Anybody who deals with depression knows that you have good days and bad days, but the bad days are far worse and noramlly outweight the good ones. I've been on different meds since December and with each different one it seems like for a short period of time I'll do well and then end up crashing later on. I don't know if this is the beginning of the crash or if I'm just having a couple bad days. Does anyone else have this problem with their meds?

I can empathise with you. I am all out of advice right now but I wish you well and hope things start to look up for you soon.

I don't have problems with my meds but I do know what you are going through otherwise. I have days that I can't explain why I am feeling depressed and my bad days outweigh my good days.

shamon, I know what you mean. Depression is the pits. I was so dumb Sunday night. I took my day meds at bedtime by mistake, including ritilin. That did not go well. Up all night then a zombie yesterday. I hope tomorrow goes better for you. Sometimes the holidays throw us out of sync.
