I'm not sad now But if I am, it's almost always because I got shouted at. It ended up being programmed into my mind, that someone only wants to shout at me to make me feel uncomfortable. They somehow know I can't "fight back" so I become a target of all sorts of verbal abuse. They do it to me just for the pleasure I guess... "They're happy because I'm sad" must be the most pathetic excuse ever.

How sad that is that someone would do that to you on purpose. Have you seen a therapist? That might help to teach you coping skills that you need to deal with people who shout at you.

It's usually my dad and siblings that do this. And only when I do something wrong. According to them, because how do I know what I did was wrong until they tell me? Of course, they would NOT be saying "don't do it, sweetheart" (or anything like that) because they think I wouldn't get the message.
