I don't feel very sad anymore. But at the same time, I feel that I deserve to be sad. Like I should be sad. I still have some low self esteem and feel that I should be sad about those things. Should I be sad again? Or just be happy that I'm not sad?

Be happy when you're not sad, be happy when you are sad. There are no bad emotions love them, love yourself for having them.

Depression loves to mess with us like that. It's a dirty, rotten liar. It's like it lets you up to get a breath of air once in awhile so it can prolong its torture - like a parasite that doesn't want to hurt its host too soon.
