I don't want to kill myself but I don't want to live anymore. I pray I don't wake up or I get in an accident. I can't handle this pain.

I understand your pain. It's awful. I pray your pain goes away. I pray that someday you find happiness. I pray for you

I feel the same way. It would be a relief to just fade away. I feel like no one would care. And that makes me more depressed and so it goes.

I feel your pain. Dying in sleep would be nice, but an accident is most likely to lead to more pain and suffering.

I'm standing in your shoes too. I'd like to disappear from view forever. At least my T said "what right do I have to tell you to stay bec I don't understand how that feels." We'll @ least she's honest.

I too am at this same point...depression is such a negative force. Hard to see the point in wanting to go on. Feel like such a lost soul...

So do I, Secret81. Wish I could just die. Don't see the point in trying. Been seeking help for a year and nothing has helped me.

Of course. As you can see, many of us feel that way. I do too. Most days for the past year one of my main thoughts has been I wish I were unconscious.

That being said, I can't tell you a way out cause I'm in it too, but it's helpful to me that you posted this, thank you. And I'm here to listen and support.
Thanks for this!

I'm in the same place. Just don't have guts yet to take it to the next level. Don't want to wind up like my friend that keeps ODing only to wake and have to go through this hell again. I want it over with. You might can tell I had a bad visit with my pdoc. Not any faith in his solution.
