I don't know what I'm doing with my life. It's like I'm on a gerbil's wheel and just keep running around, going nowhere.

feel like life just passes me by. Had to get more antidep pills today and still feel embarrassed every time I go get them (I went really late at night so there would be few pple around). I feel ashamed that I am depressed. Today my Dr. said he could excuse me from 1 of the jobs I just signed myself up for - he made me doubt whether I could do it... I do feel I can't cope with anything right now. And I am ALWAYS so alone - live alone, walk alone, watch t.v. alone. isolate myself, but am also REALLY alone... Will this ever stop?!! this pain? this loneliness?

((( hugs )))) - I am not for sure if it will ever stop completely, but I do know it will lessen its grip on your life over time and with hard work in healing.... Hang in there and do not let another take away your will to live or your inner joy & happiness - YOU are WORTH it ALL!!

**Hugs** Ouch
I sure know how that gerbils wheel goes! I have felt like that for years too. Except for my husband and daughter that is still at home, I too have no outside interests. It's all I can do to go to work at my p/t job. I feel like I don't measure up to everyone else. Sometimes I just feel abnormal, ya know?
I just keep tryin and some days are better than others.
Just know that ppl here understand and are praying for you.

feeling stuck and alone

feeling stuck and alone feeling stuck and alone I know how you feel. Been there and done that. Its pretty painful. Can you get out a bit? Even a walk to the store or around the block can help. I take myself out for coffee or breakfast just to break up the monotonous times or I phone a friend and ask for a joke. It usually breaks the mood even if for just awhile.
