I had a lot of problems with depressions a year or two ago. I got over it without reaching out to anyone, surprisingly. Anyway, it's coming back. I'm finding it much harder to deal with. Or maybe I just forgot how terrible it is. There's not much chance I'm actually going to talk to anyone about it, so I figured posting here would be the next best thing. I'm just really not feeling well.

That's really great you were able to get over it before on your own! That's really inspiring. I'm sorry that it's harder this time. We're all really supportive here and I hope we can help you. Is there a reason you don't want to seek out someone to talk to about it?

Don't feel comfortable discussing something like depression with people.

I can understand that. Maybe try a different kind of outlet then, like painting/drawing, writing or music? That can also be very helpful to get your emotions out without talking to someone.
I cook!
