So....i last wrote in august. Since then 5 weeks ago i collapsed at work and have started anti-nausea tablets (nausea due to anxiety) and citalopram. i have been off work fir 5 weeks but now i am going back on a phased return iust mornings to start with as i need to skeep in the afternoons. still getting some very black times but have only been on the citalopram for 2 weeks so early days. Also taking nytol to get night time sleep x.

I don't understand all these antidepressants, surely there are side-effects?

well usually just at first but if it helps the depression enough to function then it is worth it for me but everyone must make their own decisions
