This is bad. Very very bad. Why would my T tell me I have the means to end it? Now I need to try it, see if he is right. ****. Can't do it. |

I'm glad you couldn't do it. I'm glad you are here today to tell of your struggle. I don't know why you T would tell you that, unless he is trying to point out that we all have that choice if we choose it, but to choose not to shows the strength we really have.
I struggle with it every day but I can't do it either and we live another day. ![]()

You could ask your T about what you discussed here to determine what would best be for you to overcome these types of situations.
I like to use photos to help me focus, perhaps meditate, in order to process whatever emotions and feelings I need to work on. Like this photo-

It's good to see you are still here. I know I don't know you but I care as well. I care a lot. That's why I'm here as well not just to share but to see if I can help all those like us in any way. Thanks, we did discuss it and we have a kind of plan in place to keep me safe. It's still pretty hard though right now..
