****, ****, ****.

This is bad. Very very bad. Why would my T tell me I have the means to end it? Now I need to try it, see if he is right.

****.

Can't do it.

I'm glad you couldn't do it. I'm glad you are here today to tell of your struggle. I don't know why you T would tell you that, unless he is trying to point out that we all have that choice if we choose it, but to choose not to shows the strength we really have.

I struggle with it every day but I can't do it either and we live another day.

And now I remember, that no one really gives a ****.

Yes I'm ok, I will be ok. But it would be nice if someone actually cared right.

Im sure there are people that care for you. Depression is good at making us feel alone and unloved. I dont really understand your first post so I cant comment on that but know that people do care for you.

I certainly do not know why your T would tell you that. This is odd (understatement). People have shared some strange T stories here. Is it possible your T was thinking of something else and it came out in an unintended fashion?

He said it how it sounded. But more to prevent me for collecting more of the means I guess...

I just absorbed that bit of the session and ignored the rest!

You could ask your T about what you discussed here to determine what would best be for you to overcome these types of situations.

I like to use photos to help me focus, perhaps meditate, in order to process whatever emotions and feelings I need to work on. Like this photo-

It's good to see you are still here. I know I don't know you but I care as well. I care a lot. That's why I'm here as well not just to share but to see if I can help all those like us in any way. That fact you are here on this planet say you are one tough mamajama. Hit us up if you need some one to talk with or just check to see who listening.

Thanks, we did discuss it and we have a kind of plan in place to keep me safe. It's still pretty hard though right now..

I like that photo
