I dread birthdays, mostly because my mother would really rub it in and make me feel old! This started in my late twenties. Gee, thanks a lot mom!

I dread every birthday... one more year full of depression and sadness, only to be inevitably followed by more years just the same.
I never imagined I would ever live to see my 30th birthday, but that is coming up next month. If you're like me, you probably wish you didn't exist, but I guess that every year that you keep yourself alive really should be a celebration...though I have trouble believing that myself most of the time. Keep yourself safe.
