I have a cast on my arm..... and yet I laughed
I have a friend in crisis.... and yet I in limbo I am hoping I can remain strong, yet be able to be a strength to my friend. It sucks being on both sides. i just hope my friend does not give up. |

![]() Please just try to remember to take care of yourself - take time for you and lean on those around you, or this forum, when you need to. You need to make sure you are ok first to be able to help your friend. ![]() |

Your friend is a lucky person to have you to lean on. It's not an easy job, especially, when you are not feeling your best, but i find that when we are needed we get stronger. I, agree with mazing, you do need to take care of yourself. Make sure you get enough rest. Wishing you and your friend find the peace you need.

Between all of the medications that I am on, classes, and other misc things. Then my sister gets into the shower.... its almost 11 pm and I just want to get ready for bed.... can't do that now. what next??
