So um...I'd been pretty much depression free for a couple of years, but it's back, and it hit me pretty bad a couple of days ago over the silliest thing, it pretty much tackled me to the ground really, uh...yeah, I'm currently off meds, trying to figure out what to do since last time I got medicated it pretty much made everything worse, hopefully this time I can go a natural route, at least until we get to a proper medication.

so...yeah, two questions for you guys:
have any of you dealt with Bach Flowers or that kind of homeopathic thingy? and has it worked? and how do you cope with something that tackles you like that?

Lots of love.

haven't dealt with flower remedies. since you have already dealt successfully with depression, ask yourself what worked last time? what coping skills, medication and such did you use to get out of the depression before and use those same techniques again. take care.
