[Flinty]

I know this is a place where we can post about things that have triggered or effected us, but I just wanted to share my feelings at this point in time with everyone & for me to re-read if I need too.

I have been feeling so positive the last couple of weeks.
I would have to say that I need to thank people here at PC for that (& you all know who you are).... I still have my ups & downs, but the downs aren't as bad as they used to be, they don't last as long & they don't effect me as much as they used too.

Things are so positive within, that I have enrolled myself in belly dancing classes - a girl who had no self esteem & was totally ashamed of her body image is going to be taking belly dancing classes - who'd have thought????

I owe alot to this site & the people within it that I have had the pleasure of meeting & speaking with - so thank you!!!

its always good to hear a success story. you are walking talking living proof that there is light at the end of the tunnel, for anyone.

when we reach the destination we have worked so hard to get to, we are filled with a sense of achievement and we learn how to appreciate life and value it. i know this is what you are doing now and i am sure it will last.

i am proud of you, for i know how hard things have hit you. you have worked hard to overcome these bad feelings and this is a perfect source of inspiration and encouragement to people who feel they cannot go on because "there is nothing at the other end of the tunnel". i use to be that kind of person, who had no hope. but i have seen what you are seeing now. and it is good...well...its better than that....its GREAT!!!
