Finally feeling better with these new medications. Also doing therapy and that is helping too. Today i got a job i applied for and it really helped me be more confident in myself. Whenever my Anxiety trys to act up i keep saying "let it be". It helps me think to myself they arnt really judging me like i think that they are.
