yea i dont know what the crap im gonna do anymore... i started cutting again and the temptations wont go away now... i dont know what triggered it but too much crap is going on in my life to really care
i need someone.... i have ppl here.... but i dont know what to do...

firstly, i want you to start talking about whats on your mind right now. whats making you unhappy? talking about what it is that is upsetting you and getting you down will help relieve the pressure to cut again. speak soon, and just take your time. you are fine and i know you will stay that way. simon |
