I have been having fleeing thoughts of suicide. Not constant or long enough to really have me concerned, but troubling.

Does anyone else experience this and do you have any advice for me?

Yes I am also having these fleeting thoughts right now. Sorry I have no advice to prevent them, but would also welcome any.

I would say to bring it up to a professional as I will also be doing.

Sorry you're having these thoughts, I know how troubling they can be.

Thank you, I have mentioned it to her and she said that I may experience these for the rest of my life. I hope you find answers too. It stinks

Thanks

Yes sadly that may be the case I guess all we can do is try and find a distraction when these thoughts happen! Best thing to do in concentrate and deal with 'why' these thoughts are happening and then they will, hopefully, become less of a problem.

I, too, experience this. In fact, I've had them so long, I just accept them as part of the illness and try to ignore them.
