I have been diagnosed with bipolar and depression. I have been hospitalized 3 times for major depression. First time was 6 years ago, then 4 years later and now 2 months ago. Every time it happens either at the beginning or during winter. Have you noticed a pattern to when you are hospitalized. What have your experiences been like in hospital?

Maybe something about the seasons changing effects you. Maybe there is something in your personal history that haunts you subconsciously.?.?

For me - my first time was Sept 2012. This past Sept - I was REALLY close to being sent back.... I struggled through and I really do not know how I did it - cuz ALL of September was really, really bad.
