I was feeling good for 2 days now i low again. When will i stabilize? How to get past all? Why do i feel so alone?

Hello, Phoobear. I wish I had good answers to your questions.
How has your sleep been? I believe poor quality / unrefreshing sleep makes everything worse. Meds cannot make up for constant poor sleep.

Yeah, I thought I was getting better, too, and then another slump, but I haven't been sleeping well and I know that has something to do with it..

I hope we both get stable soon.

Sleep. I dont really want to. Just bad dreams then.
