Is it possible to hallucinate that a bat is flying all over you in the room?

first, make sure there is no bat. I have seen bats in very unusual places.

Yes, basically anything is possible to hallucinate. If there is not bat in your room, you should probably tell someone about that. Also, make sure you weren't really sleepy or in another situation that could cause hallucinations.
