Lately I feel so helpless. I really need help on what to do. I have been thinking more and more about ending my life. I'm reaching out for at least someone to help me try get myself to a better mental state.

I'm not much help in getting your mind straight as I'm in the same state of mind but you are not alone and I have found some peace just posting on this site. I hope you find a better way.

I have never used this hotline but if it might help you it could be a valuable resource.

Ending anything is never a good thing. That's why we post here at PC, and find at least some compassion and solace in the plight we find ourselves in. But know this, there are better times to be had if you just look hard within. Maybe seeking professional help is the answer, maybe not, but it is a start. I've been in your state of mind many times and I've always found help here at PC. Maybe just a will help.....if so
Checkout my profile page and leave a messege. I'm interested in how you fare...Y

I, too, have been where you are. I made it through thanks to a great team of counselor and psychiatrist. I have found that the last time I was in that shape PC helped me a lot. The surport I got here kept me going.
