I'm missing too much school due to depression and anxiety. I end up crying when I arrive and have to go home. Currently 16. I've been taking 40mg cymbalta for about 5-6 weeks now. I've been taking focalin until a week ago when I started adderall 30mg. I made it through last week on adderall but I stopped taking it this sunday and monday. I took 50mg vyvanse yesterday and today but I'm still depressed. I have an appointment to discuss medications in about a week but I can't keep missing school. Should I stick to adderall? Continue wellbutrin which i have available? Drop to 20mg cymbalta?

depression and anxiety can make school a challenge. you need to discuss changing meds with your doctor. eventually you will find a mix that works. but I understand where you are at. hang in there.

I understand the difficulties of trying to handle school and depression together. I'm struggling with the same thing. It's all I can do to not drop out of college.
