So my pdoc has me on 20 mg of prozac (Which is working okayish)
and 100 mg of Seroquel 1 pill a night (Which I HATE)

However I've just been so depressed lately that I don't give a **** about anything, college, life in general. And I do SI, however lately the last three weeks or so it hasn't been near enough to stop my mind and emotions from trampling me to bits, so I've been taking three or four of my seroqeul to knock me out for the entire day and night, then i'll get up shower, eat, SI if I feel the need to, be on here for a bit then take 3 more pills to knock me out again. Ugh.

I don't even know how to cope anymore with things. I'm just done.

You need to tell your pdoc and therapist about this. You're in a terrible pattern and need to get yourself out of it. Soon you'll get used to that dose of seroquel if you are taking it often and it wont knock you out anymore. Soon you'l start to notice how retarded the extra dose is making you. Abusing your meds is never going to help you. If you do not feel they are working talk to you pdoc to get them changed. Although if you take them incorrectly theres not much meds will do for you long term. Your therapist may need to do more intensive sessions with you.

I'd have to agree that abusing your meds is not the answer.. I speak from experience. Have you thought about what you'll do when your prescription runs out and you can't get a refill because the due date has not yet come.

Please speak to your pdoc about this. You're mood is probably making sleep that much harder. Hope you feel better soon.

Okay. Frankly, if you tell your pdoc how much you hate the stuff and why, I don't think he would have a problem switching you to something else.
