I don't know if this should go here or not.... but anyway.
When should I start worrying about my moods? I've been cleaning which has resulted in me finding old journals and I've been reading them. And I've started to notice cycles. Which has made me notice how much my moods have been fluctuating recently and how high my ups are and my downs down. I'm afraid I'm over thinking things which is normal for me, but the thoughts just won't leave my head. I don't want to bother my dr with something that is nothing, but I dint want to not tell her either. It would be my primary care physician that I'd tell because I don't have a pdoc. I'm thinking bout mentioning it to my mental health nurse our just asking him when I should worry. I just takes to him and he said that I was doing so well for all the crap going on when I first contacted him. I just wish my brain would shut down.

I think you should definitely tell your doctor if this is causing you so much worry. Your doctors are there to help you, it's their job. There's no harm in telling them how you're feeling if it can help you, good luck!

I agree with Atomicc. You have documentation of the mood fluctuations in the journals -- it's not nothing.
