I'm 15. I'm not going to tell my parents. Do I talk to a counselor? Do I try to get a doctor?

Yes, it is possible to talk to them, I don't really want to though, I'm afraid that they might talk to my parents.

As useless said speak to someone you trust and are comfortable with. Takes courage too but better act now then later. Good luck.
