You have my sympathy. I hope that you find the strength to get out of this and rise up again.

Do you feel like talking about what happened? Its ok if you don't. Some things are intensely personal. If you do, we are always here.

No matter how old you get, you are going to make mistakes that are dumb, embarrassing and non-productive. Rise above it. a mistake is a moment in time, and many can be fixed. Years from now, it will just be a bad memory. Hold your head up and let your mistake fade.

I know that the every day is a new day is just a cliche, but its true. Don't let one moment in time ruin the next days, weeks or months. If its correctable, see if you can. If not, its in the past and there is nothing you can do about it now.

This is a particularly bad time of year for most people who are depressed or have other emotional or mental issues. Everyone is supposed to feel happy, but for those in trouble, it is merely a reminder that they are alone or acutely unhappy. You can get through this. Try, don't give up on youself.

I know how things can suddenly feel like they're too much to bear at this time of year.
You can let the feelings go, let them go away.
Let the day move on and deal with the events in your own time.

Thank you very much Esp Sam2 and all of you.

I will try. I tell myself, if life must go on, how do I want to live this life.
I want to live better.

I will still have up and down. I will try to get thru.
