YES.... I often feel like this, for right when one thinks that they are getting better and that they have finally over come the dreaded dark rain cloud called The Blues - it returns and some times stronger than before.

Hang in there................. it usually goes in cycles, wait for the right time and then jump to safety.

LoVe,
Rhapsody - ((( hugs )))

That's funny... I thought I was the only one who feels that way. I wrote this when I knew I was falling into depression:

WAR FOR LIFE

How do you stop from thinking
That the whole world is against you
When the pain you suffer is from living
Whether or not there are people around you

It was just a week ago I was happy
Now I’m back in that black hole
I cannot stop from looking and feeling sappy
With my mood at the South end of the pole

Only time will tell
Though in my head I knew
That I’d never be well
Even when the day starts anew

Today I woke up so convinced
That someday my mind will be lost
With that thought I flinched
A loss of my life what it would cost

I thought of giving in now
To enjoy what few good days I have left
For I’d be at peace to know
That I’ve lived life in depth

Sorry you're falling down... hope that you won't fall too hard.
