Katheryn:

I am so sorry that you have had this onslaught of mixed emotions & particularily the nightmares. I used to have horrific nightmares every night for years. They had to drug me to sleep so I wouldn't dream. I know how draining it can be on your spirit.(((hug))

Try to do relaxing things before bed; starting several hours before. And that means no horror movies, the local news, or anything that strikes a nerve in you. Look for comedies, taking a warm bath, talking to a comforting friend or just lying in bed & taking yourself to "your own special place" where there is no trouble or stress..........if all else fails, ask your pdoc for bedtime meds (or if you're already on some, ask for a nudge up)
