I wish for days like this all of the time. Today when I woke up I didn't feel the usual dread of getting out of bed and going to work. I was actually happy. Annoyed at my dog but happy. I can only hope it sticks around all day or even longer. My biggest fear is when will the crash happen.

Glad you are having a good day. We take them when we can get them.

Dont think about the negatives when you are having a good day, just enjoy it. Best wishes.

Yeah for a happy day!

If you feel your mood start to go down, don't panic because you've just proven that it can go up. Even not feeling particularly happy or depressed is good. This is how a lot of "normal" people feel. Not particularly one thing or another. In my opinion, that's good!
