For the most part...friday and sat night. Weekends are almost always hard for me....for many reasons, some of which I'm just now figuring out.

But, I had to work hard to not let the grip of depression get me. It was truly an effort to not succumb to it if that makes sense.

I stayed super busy, didn't stop for hardly a minute. It was WORK...I could almost feel the depression nipping at my heels.

So, it sucks that I have to "work" at not being depressed on a weekend, but the good news is (I suppose) is that I managed to fight it off and know that it can be done. Hopefully, it'll get easier...idk.

It's hard work fighting depression.
But it's good to know you CAN fight it.
