I'm sorry you are feeling so frustrated .. i know that feeling all too well. Try and do something that will make you happy ... it could me just as easy as reading a book, or looking at pictures ... whatever it is that you can feel a little bit better about yourself/situation. I'm sorry i dont have any great inside on what to say, but just know that i hear you .. and i feel your pain. ps can i come and hide with you? __________________ The unexamined life is not worth living. -Socrates |

I have, after the announcement to my manager at work about my deprssion ,been given a less stressfull job to do ,well at least for the time being so maybe you can do something similar.I will use the fact that mental illness is covered under the dissability discrimination act.lol how studying law helps.

This will pass, and things will get better!! One time I went out to the barn with a nice soft blanket, and took a nap in the hay mow away from the phones, etc. I could hear my horses down below in their stalls, and the barn cat came to visit me for a minute. It was a peaceful experience. Maybe you can find something like this to start you on the road to repair. Good Luck. We are all thinking about you!

wish I could have a good cry, but I am afraid things are gong to get MUCH WORSE before they get better if they get better at all. My mom is worried I am going to loose my job over everything that is going on. This is a slight fear, but at the same time I have a back-up plan....sorta.

Glad you have a backup plan. I use to have backup fantasies too (as well as plans :-) and alternatives like that of what I'd "really" like to do. One of them for I job I had lots of trouble with required I save up and pay off all my bills and I was almost through doing that so I could quit when I was laid off/fired (the day after getting back from a day off!). Anything good going on in your life to distract you from the bad work? Any hobbies or other ideas going well?

Oh Dar, so sorry! Try and look at it as a positive thing. Maybe it was time for a change. Didn't you say that you were angry and frustrated with work? Maybe then things turned out for the best! I know what you mean though about the checkbook!! That part really sucks!!
I hope you can find a job that you really like! Hope you feel better soon!! Linda __________________ What doesn't kill us, makes us stronger. |
