I wish I could be passionate about something right now, but I've lost my passion for everything I used to love. That includes writing and drawing. There's not much else to do either. I just feel so bored and empty. I want something exciting to do. I went hiking with someone, but it didn't help me either.

I believe that passion/creativity tend to be cyclical .... hang in... they will come back. Wish I knew the secret of how to kick-start it myself...

Me too. I used to love making music. Now I have a hard time just getting out of bed. I also long for excitement. I've found it only in recklessness unfortunately.

Poppy, this afternoon I took a different approach. I tried a medium I haven't used in years... digital art. I got lost in it, was wonderful feeling. Though it isn't any masterpiece I hope it starts to "wake up" some of my favorite outlets... actually getting my hands into clay, pastels, or paint.
Point trying to make, is maybe if we step out of our "usual" mediums, we might jolt ourselves into creativity and passion again. dunno... see what happens

Another "idea"... what if "we" took ourselves out of our comfort zone... try something different
