I am so nervous that I am shaky. There are only 10 more days left until the day that I dread most is here. What am I going to do? I want this year to be different! As this day sneaks up on me I am just taking each breath as it comes. I'm just so nevervous about this that I don't know what to do.

Hello I hope things are going a little better now. I highly suggest that if you have a Dr or therapist yu let them know immediately tomorrow about the nervousness that you are feeling at this time regarding the future date. The Dr may be able to get your medication adjusted to help you feel better. I hope the best for you the hotline number is 1-800-273-TALK if you need to talk to someone until you can reach your Dr. You may be able to get ahold of your Dr today, You may want to try to call, if you can not reach him today try tomorrow As soon as you can. Take care Soidhonia
