why can't I stay up? I feel like I'm slipping... Feel very unstable, like i've snapped, like the world is coming to an end... tried to get help today - no drop-in counselling centres... ahhhhhhhhhhh

I agree with September - better to make an appointment somewhere rather than let it be right now.

I'm sorry you're "falling" -- I do know what its like to be there, and it is not pleasant, especially when you're coping by yourself.

I hope you can find someone soon to talk to. It's so hard when you feel like you're on a merry-go-round and can't get off.
