I feel more dead then alive. It's like I'm a zombie. I've realized depression is like cancer, your slowly dying and there's nothing to stop it. For the past three weeks I've cried myself to sleep every night. I just want someone to care about me... please.

Are you seeing a doctor? And are you on any meds? Sometimes they can make a big difference in the feelings you are having. We do care. I hope you feel better soon as we are kindred souls fighting depression.

I agree you gaylegg. Therapy and meds can make a big diference. Depression is like ourselfes fighting with ourselves. If you are realy bad how it's supose for your to get on your feet by your own.
Hang in there. It's going to be better. We know how you feel.

I care about you. And I can relate to how you feel. Hope you'll find a respite from all this soon.
