I am really happy and excited that I get to go home this week for the holidays, but I am also really sad and down about everything else in my life. I feel so messed up. I wish I knew what to do. I feel excited but yet sad. Why am I so mixed up with my feelings today? Blah, I don't care any more. What's the use? Mixed feelings today...

Sweet and Sour? Ying and Yang? Good feelings whatever they are. They are real. I hate it when I get numb and can't feel them. ((((hugs)))))

I do know the feeling a bit. I'm glad you get to go home soon - that's always a nice break, and well-deserved too!

Just ride the wave, and I'm hoping you'll feel better soon.

I do know how you feel. I am having all the family in for Thanksgiving and I am thrilled about that but on the other hand, I am the one doing all the work, and I am so depressed about that, so it's an up and down thing.
Just enjoy family and food and hopefully, that will pick you up enough so that your feelings change and you will be happy again.
Take care,
Linda
