Tried to contact suicide prevention. No success. Going to try another contact. Spiraling out of control and have to get a handle on what's going on in my brain.

No luck. Have to get these thoughts to stop, but can't contact anyone. Wanted to chat, but none of the chat resources are available and work won't let me be on the phone to talk myself down.

Webgoji, what is your current status? Can you leave and go for help, or would that create more problems?
