When i wake up every morning, i always feel like i'm dead. Yesterday, i didn't wanna talk to anyone at all, and i was crying late afternoon, and i was not in the mood of doing anything. This morning, i was feeling dizzy when i woke up, but after few hours i forgot my depression a little bit. I don't know if I will be calm for the rest of the day, but i'm just so tired of depression. My behavior has changed the last 3 months, and i'm disconnected from social activities. I'm going to support group tonight. it's a christian group in college. They are the only people i really want to hang out with.

Good for you for going to a support group. Have you talked to a doctor yet? If not, you might want to do that. It wouldn't hurt to have an assessment. Good luck
