Especially if someone else is talking about it, to me, or just talking about it.

I get extermely uncomfortable when people talk about suicide.

I sometimes feel like crying, sometimes I can't explain how it feels.

....... just like a blend of emotions completely overflowing. like a garden hose in an 8 oz glass......

Ahhh. Definitely. Because it's so personal and close my eyes prickle my guts start twisting and shaking like there is a giant storm on the inside. Normally I just freeze up :/

Today, I almost broke down crying, it just makes me so uncomfortable, & I am not sure why.
