so you think it's real?i mean there are a few voices in one.but you think once they go away i can be better.i mean i know im going to get depressed though every now and then.but with my illness it was severe.well is it for real or not?i don't feel down to realty.i hope im better.seems like if it was severe and since im not down to realty thaT IT would come back.i hope not beause my doctor is saying possiblw bipolar.i guess i just have to wait and see.

That's the way it is with recovery. You start having good days. You'll still have bad days, but the good days will start to take over. There's even some euphoria at first when you feel how far you've come. I'm so happy for you this day! I hope you have many more!

thanks.i didn't always feel like i had depression.i was on prozac ever since i was diagnosed it had to be mild to moderate while on the prozac and before i got some independence.it most have been turning moderate/severe.im just glad i didn't have to put up with it the whole time.i probably will get depressed every now and then without my illness.

I am so glad you are better and yes, you are better. It takes awhile but you will start to have more good days than bad and then after awhile, most days will be good. I'm so happy for you. I am on prozac also and it was a lifesaver for me.
Good luck to you,
Linda
