This is a thing that happens to me a lot since ever. Everytime I wrote something that I "feel" or think and I read it later. While I'm readind it I fill very embarased from what I wrote. And critical about it, like if there was someone with me reading it too. Guess this is not very related with depression, probably I should have post this anywhere else.
But there is someone who also feels the same?

Ahhh. Yes. I write down little notes to myself whenever I'm feeling a particularly strong emotion but even if I look at it the next day I'm usually amazing at myself. Something like "oh god I wrote that??" or "good lord. Why" haha. Generally I try to get a laugh out of it but you really shouldn't feel bad about writing it since it was your feelings and thoughts at the time. If it was important to you then it is important
