I had to cancel therapy because my son - who drives me - wasn't available.

So I stayed home all day and and played with google, looking up all sorts of bizarre things about procrastination and organization. Sort of fun, but nothing useful.

But it was much more relaxing than going to therapy - it put me into a much better mood.

Interesting! Even though your 'Googling' didn't discover anything useful, it was fun, relaxing, and even mood-lifting.

Thank you for sharing your experience.
